Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for me to receive my package? All ready to ship orders are typically mailed within 3-4 business days. (M-F). Priority mailed items should be received in 2-3 days, and first class packages 5-7. International packages can vary between 4-6 weeks depending on customs clearance for your country.
*Mail delays happen. Once packages have been shipped out, they are your responsibility. While I will do my best to answer questions and look into lost/delayed packages, your best bet is to contact USPS.com or check with your local post office and use the tracking number associated with your order. If a package goes completely MIA, ALL claims must be filed by the purchaser.
Returns/exchanges are only accepted on items that have been received damaged, or if there was a mistake on my end like receiving the wrong item. Returns are not accepted because you simply don't like the color. Please remember that yarn is dyed by hand, in my small home studio. With the nature of hand-dying, there may be variations between each skein and each dye lot.
** Refused packages will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges. If you received free shipping via a promotion, the original shipping charges will be docked from the refund.
** International orders - Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may be acquired during pickup. ALL customs duties/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. IF you decide to refuse the package, you will only be refunded for the price of the items. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital downloads, charges for these items cannot be refunded. If you have any questions regarding your pattern or it's content, please feel to contact me at email@example.com. Please note - all download links expire in 24 hours, so it is highly recommended that you download your PDF after your purchase. If you happened to miss this window, please drop me an email and I'll resend it.
