Returns/exchanges are only accepted on items that have been received damaged, or if there was a mistake on my end like receiving the wrong item. Returns are not accepted because you simply don't like the color. Please remember that yarn is dyed by hand, in my small home studio. With the nature of hand-dying, there may be variations between each skein and each dye lot. 

** International orders - Buyers are responsible for any additional fees that may be acquired during pickup. ALL customs duties/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. IF you decide to refuse the package, you will only be refunded for the price of the items. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital downloads, charges for these items cannot be refunded. If you have any questions regarding your pattern or it's content, please feel to contact me at hello@autumnandindigo.com. Please note - all download links expire in 24 hours, so it is highly recommended that you download your PDF after your purchase. If you happened to miss this window, please drop me an email and I'll resend it.

 

All physical items are shipped via USPS parcel post, usually 2-3 business days from date of purchase.  If you would like a shipping upgrade (priority, express, etc) please contact me so I can get you the correct pricing.

Receipts are not sent with items as they can be emailed - less paper waste. If you need a receipt other than the one you receive during purchase, please let me know.

Item care - ALL items are sent with attached care tags, that specify hand washing with cold water and laying flat to dry. I am not responsible for items that have been damaged due to washing machines, dryers, or like issues. Please follow the instructions included with your items to prevent these mishaps.
